Day 1: QAIA – Amman

Meet and assist at QAIA (Queen Alia International Airport), meet your driver and transfer to Amman hotel. Check in the hotel, overnight at the hotel in Amman.

Day 2 : Amman - Jerash - Ajloun - Amman

Breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Jerash, a tour through the colonnaded street, amphitheater, Churches, temples and the vast Roman Forum. The best preserved Roman City Gerasa, which is  called Jerash today, and known also as the city of a 1.000 pillars. The city golden age come under the Roman rule and the site is now generally acknowledged to be one of the best preserved Roman provincial   towns in the world.  Hidden for centuries in sand before being excavated and restored over the past 70 years ,  Jerash revels a fine example of the grand , formal provincial urbanism that is found throughout the Middle East. Continue to Ajloun; proceed through pine forests and olive groves to visit the mighty Castle of Ajlun.  The Castle is the major ancient monument within the Ajlun region. He was built by one of Saladin’s generals in 1184 AD to control the local iron mines of Ajloun and to counter the progress of the Crusaders by dominating the tree main routes leading to the Jordan Valley and protecting the communication routes between Jordan and Syria .  Back to Amman hotel for overnight.     

Day 3 :  Amman – Dead Sea -  Mont Nebo – Madaba

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the the lowest spot on earth, 1306 feet below sea level - the Dead Sea .Free time for leisure and swimming. Enjoy the bizarre but delightful experience of floating" on the surface of buoyant waters, nine times saltier than regular sea water. Then continue to visit the Sanctuary at Mount Nebo the (Memorial burial place of Prophet Moses). Mont Nebo is the place where Moses viewed the holy land of Canaan. Mont Nebo’s first church was built in the late fourth century to mark the site.  Drive to Madaba .Visit Madaba (City of Mosaics), where you will see the unique map of the Holy Land in St. George Church 6th C. AD. Madaba and its hinterlands were repeatedly mentioned in the Old Testament as Madaba. Overnight at the hotel in Madaba.

Day 4 :  Madaba – Allenby ( King Hussein ) Border – Jerusalem

After breakfast ,check out from the hotel . Meet your driver / guide and  drive to the Israeli-Jordanian border ( Allenby )  , cross the border and meet our representative ,then drive to Jerusalem ( 50 minutes on the way ) . Visit Jerusalem. You will start your tour with Mount Scopus  and a panoramic view to Jerusalem, the Garden of Gethsemane and the Church of the Agony . Visit the Israel Museum  and see the famous scrolls of the Dead Sea. Then , continue to the city center of Jerusalem , you will walk on Via Dolorosa to the Church of the Holy Sepulcher ,  the tour continues to the Mount Zion to see the tomb of King David and see the room of last dinning . Visit the church of St. Peter , in the late evening back to your  hotel for overnight.

Day 5 :  Jerusalem – Bethlehem – Ein Karem – Jerusalem

After the  breakfast, we begin the day by visiting the monastery of St. Theodosius and Mar Saba founded in the 5th century by monk Saba. Then continue to Bethlehem and Shepherd's Fieldin in Beit Sahour . See the Sacred Liturgy in the Church of the Nativity, the Byzantine church was built on the birthplace of Jesus, and we will see the cave of St. Jerome.  Visit the monastery of the Prophet Elijah. Then on the way back to Jerusalem , stop at the village of Ein Karem, the birthplace of John the Baptist, and see the Greek Orthodox church. Overnight in Jerusalem.

Day 6 : Jerusalem – Haifa – Nazareth – Amman

After the breakfast, drive to Haifa, the sightseeing tour include:  Bahai temple, Persian Garden and the Mount Carmel for a panoramic view of the city. Continue along the cost of Caesarea - to Nazareth .Visit the museum and also see the Basilica and the Grotto of the Annunciation. In the afternoon, drive to the Israeli-Jordanian border (north Sheikh Hussein Bridge) , cross the border , meet our representative . Transfer to Amman for overnight.

Day 7: Amman-King’s Highway–Kerak–Dana–Little Petra(Beidah )–Petra

Breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Kerak via the Kings’ Highway is the world’s oldest continuously used communication route. It used to link ancient Bashan, Giliad, and Ammon in the north with Moab, Edom, Paran, and Midian in the south. In the Bible, The Kings’ Highway is first mentioned by name in Genesis 20:17, when Moses led the Exodus through southern Jordan. Whether you approach Karak from the ancient Kings’ Highway to the east or from the Dead Sea to the west, the striking silhouette of this fortified town and castle will instantly make you understand why the fates of kings and nations were decided here. Visit Kerak castle , an ancient Crusader stronghold, Karak sits 900m above sea level and lies inside the walls of the old city. The city today is home to around 170,000 people and continues to boast a number of restored 19th century Ottoman buildings, restaurants, places to stay, and the like. But it is undoubtedly Karak Castle which dominates.  Continue to Dana Biosphere Reserve is composed of a chain of valleys and mountains that extend from the top of the Jordan Rift Valley down to the desert lowlands of Wadi Araba. The visitor to this area will be awed by the beauty of the Rummana mountain, the timeless serenity of Dana Village and the grandeur of the red and white sandstone cliffs of Wadi Dana.  Continue South , to visit Little Petra ( Beidah ) , the site of Siq El Bared . In the evening arrive to Petra. Check into hotel for overnight.

Day 8 : Petra

Breakfast at the hotel. Visit the unique "Rose-Red" city of Petra, built by the Arab Nabatean’s who hewed their monumental tombs, palaces, temples and treasury from the desert rock’s sandstone in its’ natural hues of rose and gold. Explore the spectacular treasures of Petra (The Nabatean city , you will begin your trip on horseback for 700m till the entrance of the impressive narrow gorge (Siq),leads marvelously to the magical moment, when you can glimpse the Treasury, continue to the street of facades, the Royal Tombs, the Cardo, Temples, Churches, Museums, Monastery or High Place of Sacrifice. Overnight at the hotel.  

Day 9 : Petra – Wadi Rum – Amman

Breakfast at the hotel.  Drive south -  to the largest and most magnificent of Jordan's desert of Wadi Rum (Valley of the moon).The largest and most magnificent of Jordan’s desert landscapes. Tour inside the desert with 4x4 Jeep, for 2 hours, “Vast, Echoing and God like “- there are the words of T.E. Lawrence used in describing Wadi Rum. As well, you can do a camel ride in Wadi Rum. In the afternoon, drive back to Amman . Overnight at the hotel.  

Day 10 : Departure

After breakfast. Transfer to QAIA (Queen Alia International Airport) for final departure.
