Biblical Tour
Day 1: Arrival Amman
Upon arrival at Queen Alia International Airport, our representative will meet and assist you through Customs and Immigration procedures. Then transfer you to a hotel in Amman for overnight.

Day 2: Amman=> As-Salt =>Jerash=> Anjara=> Tall Mar Elias => Amman
After breakfast, drive to as-Salt. It is on the old main highway leading from Amman to Jerusalem. Situated in the Balqa highland, about 790-840 metres above sea level, the town is built in the crook of three hills, close to the Jordan River valley. Continue to Jerash, nestled in a quiet valley among the mountains of Gilead, is the grandeur of Imperial Rome being one of the largest and most well preserved sites of Roman architecture in the World outside Italy. Then to Tell Mar Elias, mentioned in the Bible as the hometown of the Prophet Elias. Return to hotel in Amman for overnight.

Day 3: Amman=> Pella=> Umm Quys=> Amman
After breakfast, go to the city of Pella was the site of one of Christianity's earliest churches and it was a refuge for Jerusalem Christians in the 1st century AD. Then drive to Umm Qais, situated on a broad promontory 378 meters above sea level with a magnificent view over the Yarmouk River, the Golan Heights, and Lake Tiberias, this town was known as Gadara, one of the most brilliant ancient Greco-Roman cities of the Decapolis; and according to the Bible, the spot where Jesus (pbuh) cast out the Devil from two demoniacs into a herd of pigs (Mathew 8:28-34). Return to hotel in Amman for overnight.

Day 4: Amman=> Heshbon=> Madaba =>Mt. Nebo=> Bethany=> Amman
After breakfast, drive to Heshbon that was taken by the Israelites on their entry to the Promised Land, and was assigned to the tribe of Reuben (Numbers 32:37); afterwards it was given to the tribe of Gad (Joshua 21:37; 1 Chronicles 6:81). Continue to Madaba. On the straight street through the heart of the city stands the domed Holy Sepulcher. Clearly inscribed above the north and east gates is the legend "Holy City of Jerusalem". Drive along the same route prophet Moses was forbidden to travel on by the King of Edom. Visit the Sanctuary at Nebo, the presumed site of his death and burial place, and a center for pilgrimages since earliest Christian times. Then continue to the settlement of Bethany, where John lived and baptized. Return to hotel in Amman for overnight.

Day 5: Amman City Tour=> Petra
After breakfast. You will visit the capital of Jordan Amman (Rabbath Ammon) and (Philadelphia). Visiting the citadel (Temple of Hercules, Ummayad Palace and museum). Continue to downtown to the amphitheatre and its museum. Late in the evening, drive to Petra and overnight in the hotel.

Day 6: Petra
After breakfast, full day to explore the spectacular treasures of Petra (The Red Rose city half as old as time), with a local guide, you will begin your trip on horse back till the entrance of the impressive narrow gorge (Siq), leads marvelously to the magical moment, when you can glimpse the Treasury, continue to the street of facades, the Royal Tombs, the Cardo, Temples, Churches, Museums, Monastery or High Place of Sacrifice. Return to the hotel and overnight.

Day 7: Petra=> Karak => Umm er-Rasas=> Mukawir=> Dead Sea=> Amman
After breakfast, go southward along the Kings way one of the oldest trade routes in the world to Karak and visit the great crusader castle of Kerak. Then continue to Umm er- Rasas: the Old and New Testaments mention it, the Romans fortified it, and the local Christians were still embellishing it with Byzantine-style mosaics. Then go to Mukawir, where It is said that was settled the Herod Antipas´ fortress and where he presented Salome with the head of John the Baptist. Continue to the Dead Sea. The human history of the Dead Sea goes all the way back to remote antiquity. Near to the Dead Sea are the cities mentioned in the Book of Genesis which was destroyed in the times of Abraham, for instance the famous Sodom and Gomorra. Return to Amman for overnight.

Day 8: Amman departure
Breakfast at the hotel, transfer to the airport for departure.
